Three hundred and fifty square metres under the Paradou sun
The house
Architecture
No break between inside and out
The house unfolds over several levels, facing full south, never losing the view. Every room opens onto a terrace or a patio. The glass walls slide away into the stone. Inside, you can hear the cicadas.
Ground floor
The heart of the house
Open kitchen. A large wooden table for twelve. A living room to gather in. Four cinema smart TVs (55″, Apple TV, Disney+, Netflix, myCanal) and an indoor/outdoor Sonos system for the evenings that stretch on.
Everything opens onto the main terrace running along the pool. The kitchen is fully fitted: oven, induction hob, dishwasher, wine fridge, Italian espresso machine.
This is where everyone gathers — morning coffee, lunch with friends, an evening glass.
Upstairs
The bedroom corridor
Five bedrooms, two of them master suites opening straight onto the pool. Five stone bathrooms, a dressing room, washed linen on the beds, full black-out at the windows.
The sauna, massage room and gym (rowing machine, free weights) are at the end of the corridor. Air-conditioning throughout. For the children, a family room with bunk beds, steps from master bedroom no. 4.
Garden and terraces
Living outdoors
An infinity pool, sixteen metres long, salt-heated. A summer kitchen fitted for lunches that run long. A large outdoor table for fourteen. A pétanque court, a badminton court, a table tennis table, a mini volleyball and football pitch. Five outdoor parking spaces in front of the house.
At the bottom of the garden, a path leads straight onto the Parc trails. The olive trees are between sixty and a hundred years old. The fountain runs without pause from April to October.
