Rental terms
- Minimum stay: 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday, in mid and high season; 3 nights in low season.
- Check-in: from 4 pm. Check-out: before 10 am.
- Deposit: 30% on booking, balance 30 days before arrival.
- Security deposit: 12,000 €, taken on arrival, returned within 7 days of departure.
- Cancellation: terms set out in the contract sent after your enquiry.
- Capacity: 12 guests. No exceptions.
- Pets: considered case by case. Please mention it in your message.
- Events: leisure stays only.

Yes — washed linen, changed once a week.
Is the pool heated year-round? +
Heated from May to September (included in the price). Outside these months, heating is available on request for a €3,000/week supplement — except from November to March, when it is not offered for energy-saving reasons.
Can we come with a baby? +
Cot, baby bath and high chair provided free on request.
Is there a chef on site? +
No permanent chef. We can recommend private chefs.
Is the wifi reliable? +
Fibre optic. Coverage indoors and outdoors.
